John Steinert is an extensively experienced professional who wants to secure a leadership position that plans, organizes and facilitates organizational training, support and solution to get stronger business results. Academic Qualifications John Steinert is a well-qualified individual and has completed his studies from some of the most prominent educational institutions. He attended Erie High School, Erie (from 1985 to 1989) and lettered in Football, Track, Basketball and Golf. He graduated in 1993 from Trinity International University, Deerfield, Illinois, with a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education/History. While studying at the Trinity International University, he also received a Basketball scholarship. In 1999, John completed his Master’s degree in Educational/Administrative leadership from National Louis University, Wheeling, Illinois.

Teaching Experience John Steinert has over 15 years of teaching experience. From August 1994 to July 2001, he was a Social Studies Teacher at Woodland Middle School, Gurnee, and from July 2001 to July 2005, he was Associate Principal at Highland Middle School. In addition to this, he has also worked as the Principal of Deer Path Medical School, Lake Forest, Illinois (July 2005 to November 2011).

A Management Professional Known as a well-organized and detailed-oriented individual, John Steinert carried out employee evaluations to determine strengths and weaknesses and conducted cross-training exercises for efficiency and competency. He authored many grant applications that led to $625, 000 being donated in 5 years for several organizational objectives. In addition to this, he oversaw the budget of $500, 000, including allocation aligned with building goals whilst maintaining financial responsibility. He has been recognized by seniors on several occasions for his outstanding performance and project management.

A Change Agent In this capacity, John Steinert identified and executed needs for performance, training and education programs and located as well as recommended available resources/vendors to achieve organization’s objectives. He designed and developed an online evaluation system whilst focusing on changing daily instructional practices, which resulted into a 20 percent increase in the achievement of objectives.
