John Steinert Served As The Principal Deer Path Middle School in Lake Forest, Illinois

John Steinert is committed to securing a leadership position that plans, organizes and facilitates organizational training, solutions, support and development, in order to achieve profitable business results. A visionary leader, change agent, recruiter and trainer of talent, and a successful management professional, Steinert possesses excellent time management, prioritizing and multi-tasking skills. He is a highly organized professional, with a strong instinct for problem resolution. From August 1994 to July 2001, he served as a Social Studies Teacher, at Woodland Middle School in Gurnee, Illinois. Later, in July 2001, he joined Libertyville based Highland Middle School and served as an Associate Principal of the institution until July 2005. In addition to this, from July 2005 to November 2011, he was the Principal of Deer Path Middle School, in Lake Forest, Illinois. A highly qualified professional, Steinert graduated with a Bachelor of Education degree in History/Secondary Education in December 1993, from Trinity International University, Deerfield, Illinois. Later, in June 1999, he obtained his Master of Education degree in Administrative Educational Leadership, from National-Louis University in Wheeling, Illinois. As a visionary leader, John Steinert helped in accomplishing the organization’s vision of learning, as well as in providing leadership to shared decision making for its strategic plan and improvement process. Apart from this, he designed, developed and initiated curriculum learning opportunities like in-person and E-learning lessons, which were based on needs analysis and organizational goals. He has a proven track record of accomplishing leading key projects as well as for managing several initiatives, such as education, research and support. Under his leadership, there was a 5% improvement in Illinois standardized assessments. He has also been a key stakeholder in the development of organizational strategic plan, policies and dashboard objectives. Besides, he possesses exceptional computer skills, and is proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, as well as Applicant/Employee tracking systems (Applitrack). John Steinert strongly believes in working for the welfare of the underprivileged. He has been a Sunday School teacher and also volunteers for Habitat for Humanity.
