John Steinert is a well-qualified individual, having attended prominent educational institutions to complete his education. He attended Erie High School in Erie where he lettered in Football, basketball, Track and Golf. Thereafter, he enrolled at Trinity International University in Deerfield, Illinois and received Basketball scholarship. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education/History. From 1997 to 1999, he attended National Louis University in Wheeling and graduated with Master’s degree in Educational/Administrative Leadership. John Steinert is a highly organized professional, with keen instinct for problem resolution, and is regarded for his exceptional time management, prioritizing and multi-tasking skills.

John Steinert aims at securing a leadership position that plans, organizes and facilitates organizational solutions, training, development and support to get stronger business results. He possesses extensive teaching experience. He was a Social Studies Teacher at Woodland Middle School, Gurnee from August 1994 to July 2001, and Associate Principal at Highland Middle School, Libertyville from July 2001 to July 2005. Moreover, he has also served as the Principal of Deer Path Middle School, Lake Forest (Illinois) from July 2005 to November 2011. As a visionary leader, he helped achieve organization’s objective of learning and provided leadership to shared decision making for the organization’s strategic plans and improvement process.

John Steinert has vast experience designing, developing and facilitating curriculum learning opportunities, including e-learning and in-person lessons. He is a knowledgeable go-to leader who has obtained many accomplishments regarding managing major projects and leading different initiatives such as education, research and support. His leadership resulted into five percent improvement in Illinois standardized assessments. As a Change Agent, he assumed the responsibility for identifying and executing the needs for training, educational programs and performance. He located as well as recommended available sources or vendors to achieve organizational objectives and improve employee development.

John Steinert has been recognized multiple times by senior management for his exceptional project management, performance and commitment to achieving district goals. He has advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook. He is also proficient in different Learning Management Systems such as Articulate, Moodle, and Digital Chalk.
